I have very specific likes and dislikes.I like things in first look or never like them.

Just heard a couple of lines of a song from movie 'Anwar' on tv and I know I am going to love it.Music is by a young and talented guy Mithoon(Song 'Tere Bin' from Bas Ek Pal) and one song is sung by Roop Kumar Rathod.Don't have much details and the music hasn't hit the store yet:(

Not sure if the music is going to be hit or not.But then who cares as long as you like it.

You can feel this song either if you have seen the movie KHOSLA KA GHOSLA or if you have gone through this in your life.Beautiful lyrics and sweetly sung by Sowmya Raoh.

The Departed - Awesome movie

Brilliant direction,plot,acting and background score

The acting by all characters is of high quality.But undoubtedly Jack Nicholson's performance stands out.

Jack Nicholson plays the role of a ruthless,evil,a little funny crime boss.The calmness in which he delivers the authorative dialogues of a don is superb.The movie starts with the following line by Nicholson which sums up his entire character in this movie.

I don't want to be a product of my environment; I want my environment to be a product of me.

And this line depicts the strength of his convivtion.

When I was your age they used to say you could become cops or criminals. What I'm saying to you is this... When you are facing a loaded gun, what's the difference? "

I was impressed by Martin Scorsese in 'The Aviator' and now I am a huge fan of his.It will be unjust if I don't mention the background score.It will just creep into your subconscious mind,atleast it did to me.

Khajuraho

There are very few songs which I can listen to anytime.These songs just take me to some other world.The song 'Khajuraho' by Indian Ocean is one of them.

This song is musical celebration of life, of sensuality, of procreation, of recreation, of exuberance...flowing into eternity!!!
